I think this turned out quite well! You really made the design work with your style, especially with the hair. It really looks as gelled as it does in the film! Also, you're pretty good with expressions. Right away, that expression gives a pretentious "Are you kidding me?" vibe, which is true to Red Mist's personality.
Aside from that, my only concern is that the ear looks a little bit too high on the head. That, and the insignia on his chest looks a bit too concave. If it is concave in the movie, forgive me. Haven't seen it in a while.
